CHICKEN - N - NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked, boned, and diced
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can Chinese noodles

Mix broth, soup, and cheese. Heat thoroughly. In baking dish, layer noodles, chicken, then add soup mixture to top of noodle and chicken. Add Chinese noodles. Add second layer of noodles; cover with cream sauce. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining Chinese noodles and bake for 15 minutes longer.
