CHOCOLATE RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. rum extract (yes, 2 tablespoons!)
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts

Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix all ingredients well, EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND WALNUTS. Mix for 3 to 4 minutes. Fold in chips and nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after turning out of pan and a bit cool.

Keeps very well and can be made a day ahead.

Makes 1 serving.
