WAFFLES 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
2/3 c. dry milk
2 tsp. sugar or molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
3 egg yolks

Add 2 1/4 cups flour or 1 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour and 1 cup wheat germ. Let rise 2 hours. Just before baking fold into stirred down dough 3 egg whites beaten stiff.
