6 slices bacon
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (10 oz.) can lima beans or butter beans

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Cook beef; add onion and saut until tender. Combine beef, onion, ketchup, salt, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar in Dutch oven or electric casserole. Add partially drained beans and stir gently to mix. Sprinkle with bacon.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
