SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook raisins in 1 cup water in covered saucepan for 10 minutes. Cool and drain. Cream together butter, brown sugar, oatmeal, soda and flour. Place half of crumb mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 7 minutes.

Cook the sour cream, yolks, sugar and cornstarch, stirring constantly until thick and pudding-like. Add vanilla and raisins. Carefully spoon raisin mixture on baked crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and bake an additional 30 minutes.
