EASY LASAGANE 
1 lb. ground beef
32 oz. jar thick spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. (15 oz.) Ricotta cottage cheese
3 c. (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. lasagne noodles (uncooked)

Brown beef, drain. Add sauce and water, simmer 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients (not lasagne) for cheese filling.

Pour 1 cup sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Layer 3 pieces lasagna, 1 1/2 cup sauce, 1/2 cheese filling. Repeat.

Top with layer of lasagna remaining sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove foil bake 10 minutes longer.
