PORK BAR-B-Q 
4 or 5 lbs. whole boneless pork loin

Cook meat until done (crock pot overnight or other way). Let meat cool, then pull apart and set aside.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. oil
1 sm. onion, chopped or diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. mustard
2 c. ketchup

Put the oil and onions in saucepan and cook until onions are done. Add other ingredients and simmer 2 or 3 minutes. Then add sauce to the meat.
