1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Grease 9 x 13 x 3 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts, chopped. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour over pecans. Mix next 3 ingredients and drop by teaspoons on cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
