QUICK FIX CHICKEN | |
12 chicken drum sticks 1 lg. onion, sliced 8 oz. fresh mushrooms; optional 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water Pepper Parsley Remove skin from chicken and place drum sticks in electric skillet. Cover with onion slices (and mushroom slices, if desired). Mix soup and water and pour over all. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley. Cover and cook 1 hour at 275-300 degrees. Turn temperature to 250 degrees if it bubbles too much. |
