CATFISH DISH 
1 lb. catfish fillets
Onions, cut 1/4 inch thick
A little water
Salt
Lemon pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Paprika

In a baking dish with a little water put a layer of onions, cut 1/4 inch thick and microwave 4 or 5 minutes until tender. Then over the onions put the fish. Sprinkle with salt, lemon pepper, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Cover and bake for 15 minutes until they flake easily. If the fillets are thick, you may have to bake 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
