ROAST LEG OF LAMB 
10 branches of fresh mint, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 c. lamb or beef bouillon
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 leg of lamb

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place the meat on a rack in roasting pan and place fat side up. Mix all ingredients and spread over roast. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees or until browned.

Reduce the temperature to 325 degrees and continue roasting until done, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot with your choice of vegetables and rice.
