SWEET AND SPICY CHICKEN 
1 baking chicken, skinless, cut up
1 tbsp. pepper
8 oz. Russian dressing
18 oz. apricot-pineapple jam
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tsp. salt

Mix dressing, soup and jam together in a bowl. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish. Pour dressing mixture over the chicken and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the chicken is brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve. Serves 4-6.
