STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels (not too fine)
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix above ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees 8-10 minutes.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Mix well.

Fold in:

2 c. Cool Whip

Spread over cooled base.

1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

Mix well.

Then add:

2 c. frozen strawberries (10 oz. pkg.), not fresh

Refrigerate until partially set. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip.

Garnish with nuts or pretzels (optional).
