BANANA SPLIT CAKE - FROZEN 
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2-3 bananas
1/2 gal. ice cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 med. container Cool Whip
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter. Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Cool. Set aside.

In 11x15 inch pan spread graham cracker crust made of 1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Slice 2 to 3 bananas over crust. Layer and slice ice cream over bananas. Sprinkle with walnuts. Freeze 1 hour.

Pour cooled chocolate mixture over ice cream. Refreeze 1 hour.

Spread whipped cream over all. Sprinkle with 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Serves 25.
