1 lb. liverwurst (mashed with fork)
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
3 tbsp. minced onion

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp. mayonnaise
Olives

Blend first 4 ingredients. Shape into a mound and chill while preparing the topping.

Spread topping on liverwurst mound and chill overnight. Decorate with sliced olives.
