PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. soft butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients together. Blend in remaining ingredients. Beat 150 strokes. Pour into floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes. Excellent topped with Fudge Frosting.
