MICROWAVE CUSTARD FOR TWO 
7/8 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
Vanilla, nutmeg & salt to taste

In a 2 cup glass measure, heat milk on high for 2 minutes. Add sugar, salt, egg and vanilla. Beat well and pour into 2 custard cups. Microwave on "low" for 5- 7 minutes, until it begins to bubble.

Note: For Bread Pudding, add bread and raisins. Pour into 3 custard cups and microwave on low for approximately 9 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
