CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion or dried onion
2 tbsp. butter
4 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. slivered almonds
Crushed potato chips

Saute onion and celery. Mix everything except potato chips and put in large sprayed glass dish, 9 x 13 inches. Put potato chips on top. let stand 3-4 hours or overnight. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Can be frozen. Thaw before baking.
