PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 row Ritz or Hi-Ho crackers
1 tray chocolate or white almond bark
Peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

Melt one tray of white almond or chocolate bark in microwave about 1 minute. (May also be melted in double boiler over water.) While this is melting, spread peanut butter between crackers. Dip cracker and peanut butter into chocolate or almond bark. Place on wax paper to dry. Instead of crackers and peanut butter, pretzels may be used.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
