BUTTER SAUCE 
6 lb. butter
Sm. Worcestershire sauce
Juices of 6 lemons
1/2 can dry mustard
1 tbsp. garlic powder or puree
2 lemon rinds, whole, remove before serving

Let simmer for 15 minutes. Just before serving, add a handful of chopped parsley. Leave on fire long enough for parsley to curl. Serve with barbecued chicken or fish. Serves 25.
