1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 beaten egg
1 stick butter, softened

Mix and press with fork into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (16 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 beaten eggs

Mix. Pour on top of first layer and bake on 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until top is golden brown.
