NANA'S BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CAKE 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg plus milk to make 1 c.
1 c. fresh blueberries

Sift flour, baking powder and salt, cut in the sugar and butter. Beat in the egg and milk. Toss lightly 1 cup blueberries. Bake in greased and floured 8 x 8 inch pan for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
