MATZOH BALLS 
1 c. of Matzo meal
1/2 c. of water
4 eggs
1 heaping tbsp. of butter (melted)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Beat eggs and add water and butter. Beat again. Add Matzo meal. Salt and pepper, cover and chill overnight. Next day in large pot boil water with a little salt.

When boiling form small balls (about size of walnut) from Matzo meal mixture (keeping hands wet will help). Add the balls to the boiling water, when they come to the top cook for 15 minutes.
