CHICKEN PIZZA | |
2 lbs. chicken breast (skinned and boned) 1 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella (4 oz.) Season the chicken breasts with onion salt and pepper. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Combine tomato sauce and oregano in a bowl; then pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle cheese over top of chicken, and return it to the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Eight servings; 200 calories each. |
