ANN'S FAVORITE MEATLOAF 
3 slices soft bread
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. ground veal (or 1 1/2 lb. ground meatloaf mixture)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper, mustard, sage, celery salt, garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees (moderate). Tear bread into large mixing bowl; add milk and egg. Add meat and seasonings; mix thoroughly. Form lightly into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour. 6 to 8 servings.
