CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. diced cooked chicken
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. sm. green grapes
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
Slivered almonds

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. salad oil

Mix together and put over salad. Serves 12. Keep refrigerated.
