CORNBREAD - FRIED 
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. self-rising cornmeal
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
Buttermilk

In medium size mixing bowl mix flour, cornmeal, sugar and egg; add buttermilk until the consistency of pancakes. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto heated griddle or skillet; cook the same as for pancakes.
