CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole corn (do not drain)
1 can cream style corn
1 sm. box Jiffy corn muffin mix

3 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil.

Stir into the corn mixture, then add 1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Then pour in 9 x 9 greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
