3 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. carton glazed pineapple
1 pkg. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. candied cherries
4 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs, sift flour, soda, and cinnamon and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add chopped fruit and pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
