LEMON SQUARES 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
Dash of salt
2 sticks butter

Mix together the ingredients for the crust and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated lemon rind

Mix together and beat well the ingredients for the topping and pour over the baked crust; bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
