LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate sugar

Cream together butter and the 1 cup of sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and soda; add alternately to the creamed mixture with 1/2 cup of the lemonade concentrate.

Drop dough from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake cookies at 400 degrees about 8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with sugar. Makes about 4 dozen.
