EASY SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. crumbs

Combine all but the soup, mix well. Shape into oval patties. Brown on both sides in a small amount of oil in skillet; drain. Stir in soup and 1 soup can of water. Simmer covered for several minutes.
