SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
Onions
Salt & pepper

Make into patties, dip in flour. Fry until brown. Mix can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Add some kitchen bouquet (to make sauce brown) and pour over patties. Simmer 45 minutes. Can fix ahead and keep on warm.
