VEGETARIAN DELIGHT 
1 lb. fresh or 10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans (French cut)
1 lb. fresh or 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
1 lb. fresh or 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas or your choice

Combine vegetables and cook according to directions; boil until tender and drain off excess water. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
Dash of garlic salt and pepper

Combine and stir together all ingredients over stove until warmed through. Pour sauce over cooked vegetables; cover and bake 15 minutes in 300 degree oven.
