1 stick butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Melt butter in large jelly roll pan. Sprinkle cake mix over melted butter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, next marshmallows, then Rice Krispies. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut while warm.
