TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and mix well. Shape into 6 patties and broil about 5 minutes on each side. Serve on whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. 6 servings. 230 calories.
