GRANDMA HANEY'S RECONSTITUTED
CHOCOLATE PIE
 
PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco

Mix all in a large bowl. Roll dough out and cover the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

CHOCOLATE FILLING:

3 egg yolks, save the whites
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix in a double boiler, thicken ingredients to personal preference.

EGG WHITE TOPPING:

3 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar
