BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. cubed ham
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated cheese
1 1/3 c. crushed crackers
3 c. milk

Sauté onions and green peppers in butter. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnite.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
