CHICKEN 'N DUMPLINGS 
Boney parts of chicken, plus 2 or 3 other pieces

Pressurize in pressure cooker for 10 minutes in 2 cups of water, salted and peppered to taste. Take out bones and fat.

1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. hot water

Cut the shortening into flour mixed with salt, add hot water and mix well. Roll out on floured board and cut in about 1 inch squares. Bring chicken and broth to a boil, adding enough water to make 3 cups. Add dumplings. Cook at slow boil for about 10 minutes.
