FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
Salt to taste

Remove large veins from spinach and tear into small pieces. Combine other ingredients and toss lightly. Just before serving add dressing and salt.
