ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Schilling taco seasoning
1 med. chopped onion
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. tortillas, 8 count
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 container French onion dip

Prepare meat and onion with seasoning. Warm tortillas before placing meat mixture inside with cheese also. Roll up and place in 9"x13" pan.

Cook chicken soup, milk, Velveeta cheese, chilies and French onion dip in microwave for 7 minutes until cheese melts. Pour over tortillas and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
