SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD | |
2 to 2 1/2 lb. fryer 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Lipton's dry onion soup mix Boil chicken, debone, dice into 2 inch cubes. Add lemon juice and soup mix. Mix well refrigerate 4-8 hours. At serving time add: 1 c. green grapes, seedless 1 c. diced celery 1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted 3/4 c. Miracle Whip Mix well and serve on lettuce leaf. |
