FROSTED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 c. crackers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste

Reserving all except 1/4 cup of soup which is added to rest of ingredients and shaped into a loaf, place in a shallow pan; bake at 350 degrees.

Cook and mash potatoes, using 2 cups mashed potatoes to cover meat loaf, place in oven to brown slightly.

Heat remaining soup, dripping from meatloaf and 1/4 cup water making a gravy for meat and potatoes.
