2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. Bisquick biscuit mix

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. If blender jar is not large enough, combine in a bowl and mix half at a time. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes, then pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate; sprinkle with nutmeg or coconut and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Test for doneness after 40 minutes (pick inserted in center should come out clean when done).
