MOTHER FISH'S GRAHAM BREAD 
3 c. graham flour
2 c. white flour
2 c. sour milk (to sour add 2 or 3 tbsp. vinegar)
1 1/2 c. maple syrup
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves.
