STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Core green peppers, wash. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add tomatoes and chopped onion to beef. Mix well. Stuff green peppers with mixture. Bake on 325 degrees until peppers are soft and insides are bubbly. Serve.
