BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
Pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
Vanilla

Brown butter in frying pan. Add sugar, flour and salt. Add milk slowly and cook 5 minutes. Stir some of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks and add to pan. Cook 2 minutes more. Pour into baked shell and add meringue.
