THE NIGHT BEFORE BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. hot ground sausage
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Crumble and brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in 9 x 13 x 2 inch casserole. Pour egg mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
