GRAPENUT PUFF PUDDING WITH LEMON CUSTARD | |
1/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 egg yolks, well beaten 2 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. Grape Nuts 1 c. milk Juice & grated rind of 1 lemon 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add egg yolks, flour, Grape Nuts, milk, lemon juice and grated rind. Fold in egg whites. Pour into buttered baking dish. Place in a pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Serve warm or cold with cream, if desired. |
