CRAB AND BROCCOLI 
1 reg. can Alaskan king crab meat
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears or fresh
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese or to taste
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1/8 c. chopped pimento (optional)

Cook broccoli. Cook onion in butter until soft. Add mushroom soup, cheese, pimento and drained crab meat. Mix thoroughly. Arrange broccoli in an oven proof dish (save a couple of pieces for garnish). Pour crab mixture over broccoli and arrange remaining broccoli on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Good as side dish or luncheon.
